The bike can be tilted in the vertical axis and swung in the horizontal so you can be at the perfect height or position for any job. The bike can also be held by either the frame or the seat post. The folding bicycle repair stand is constructed from heavy duty powder coated mild steel while the injection moulded head and joining parts are made from glass reinforced nylon for maximum strength. Max height of the head is 1.65metres but can be operated from as low as 1 meter.

Was a bit awkward to assemble and use at first however now got the hang of it it is good. Holds up my heavy electric mountain bike as well as light road bike so really good for versatility and only needing one as not many usually take the electric bike so I’m happy

Bought this to assist me when I re cable my bike. Seems to work quite well being stable and adjustable taking the weight of the bike well and not being too wobbly when you work on the bike. Sets up fairly easily though you do have to be careful adjusting it with a bike clamped in its jaws

A good surprise like most reviews said – this bike maintenance stand is pretty good for the price.It’s sturdy enough to hold my 10kg Specialized, the legs can be lowered and spread farther to create an even more sturdy base , but the top bar makes it adequately tall.Two quirks that I liked: (1) the tool tray has magnet on it for keeping the nuts and bolts in place and (2) it comes with a little rod that attaches with straps in order to keep the front wheel locked. Good design.I felt the clamp could be better but it does the job at a low price which otherwise costs £150-250 from other brands.Installation is easy and straightforward and it folds to a neat tall unit.So far so good – any epic fails and I’ll come back to edit this.

I’ve been fixing bikes for over 50 years, but with 3 bikes to service at the start of this season decided to try a stand. This had the best reviews and it is fine for my mountain bikes. Setting up gear is so much easier than having it upside down, and raching down and through the frome to operate the levers, and if you do it upside down it’s never quite right. Or holding the bike up by the saddle, trying to turn the pedals with one foot and operate levers – why did I do i the hard way for so long!!!Even fitting a new saddle was easier, and as for truing the wheels – that was always back breaking, an hour or two bent over the bike. All siz whhels trued ready for the new season and my back is perfct.I was concerend about sturdiness, being as mansy stnads are over £100 but it’s fine, hold my bike off the ground by the saddle tube no trouble.Some notes on things the revies said:”You cant set gears using this as it presses on the cables”. Nonsense. Extend the saddle if needed (on a mountian bike there should be enough stem anyway, and clamp to that. (You do have to be able to hold the bike there one-handed while you tighten the screw – or have an assistant). the position that gives rise to is better anyway, back wheel up high, front on the ground.Truind the front wheels and setting the brakes it was better gripping the crossbar near the front, so the rear wheel is on the ground to keep it from wobbling about.Be careful when clamping on the frame – it could crush an alloy frame – but the seat stem is very sturdy.If the cable run over the top of the crossbar like my trek 950 (very sensible – keeps the dirt off) then it will balance nicely on the lower clamp.”tool tray stops you turning he left pedal” – NO, the tool tray can easily be swung round away from the pedal and is still hand y for bits – better than walking over to the workbench.Overal all I am delighted with this product and wish I’d bought a stand years ago.

Not had it long so can’t speak for longevity but it’s a very solid stand.The tool tray is a very nice touch also
