This product arrived in good time and was very well packaged. The instruction manual is available as a PDF in the orders and I found the Manuel very straightforward to follow for use and assembly, all in all assembly took me about two hours (and I was very unsure and slow what I was doing(. Assembly includes positioning and tightening the handlebars, placing the front wheel, the headlamp and pedals (iPhone, positioning the front wheel, the hardest, and it had to have someone who knew about bikes next to me for the short time). All of the electric parts are complete and you don’t need to do anything with that during assembly . I received a WhatsApp message with delivery instructions and I used this contact to ask a few questions about assembly and also how to turn on the headlamp and have received excellent customer service support. I’ve just taken it out for my first test drive and it’s very intuitive to use. There are five pedal assist settings and I don’t expect to go past one given the speed( super fast!!). There’s also a throttle that means you don’t have to pedal at all which is great. The brakes seem excellent and my dad (who has a bianchi top class bike) commented that this bike has the same gear Brand!Negatives: the Manuel says not to use in heavy rain and the battery charger is a European plug so I’m using a UK adapter but it seems fine.All in all I’m super pleased thank you!

Delivery. : UPS to Uk and a bit frustrating but arrived earlier than estimated.Assembly: If you have ever touched a bike in your life, it is just as straightforward. Attach the handlebar and front wheel with pedals. Check all screws for tightness. Finish. :)Ride : smooth. With my weight 54 kg to bike 35 feels more like a motorcycle to me. So not advised to carry upstairs.did it a few times :hard. If you have to : take the battery out ;)Battery life seems good as I commute every day around 50 km ( 30 and something miles) there is still some left at the end of the way, but you should expect a bit of drop in power… See the livall screens to give you an idea. So far 255 km on the clock.Display : is ok, manual is there on the web, but I still have not found how to put a password on it, for extra protection. ( Work in progress)In general really happy with it. Support is 12 h difference so answer as soon as they can.

Awesome little bike with a powerful motor.Also very comfortable. Ran into a little hiccup but Customer service was very good and quick to respond to any problems 👍 the light’s that come with work well enough…

I used the bike to get around, it works great, it rides like a motorbike, everything works fine, great product
