I had an issue with the bike at first this was rectified quickly and retailer kept in constant contact with myself, I’ve had bike up and running now for about 5 weeks and have had no problems at all.Batteries last well,Iroughly get about 22 miles per battery ,I ride it quite hard,there is room for plenty more milage if road more gentle, Bike is stable,and handles potholes well when you haven’t noticed one.Batteries and charger stay cool while charging.This bike is fast,I would highly recommend this bike
