Beware of shipping problems
EDIT: I got in touch with customer support and got my shipping problems rectified. They seem like good people – I would make a conscious decision if I was looking to buy this bike, and I generally suggest them being a little more transparent about the shipping thing. I hope this is how they treat everyone and not just me with this particular special case.old review:BEWARE. The bike itself looks nice. The parts look good and everything, but that’s all the good I can say about this thing. The back wheel came off while I was assembling it, causing the Derailleur to lose its calibration. That’s fine, but it also came off during a ride, AFTER I had torqued it. that is supposed to be mechanically impossible. If I was riding on a rocky trail or next to the street, I’d be dead. my guess is this was damaged during shipping or faulty manufacturing.I will be returning this, but they are charging me for shipping and a restocking fee.
